For the third consecutive year, Solidere International will be presenting Golden Tower- its architectural landmark project on Jeddah’s corniche- at the American Express World Luxury Expo, taking place at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Jeddah from 4-6 October, 2017.
The developers, Solidere International and Tameer Co. Ltd., have completed construction of the tower’s total 48 floors, and are underway for fully installing all electromechanical works in preparation to complete and deliver the project by mid 2017.
The project is set to offer a unique living experience, featuring a distinctive main lobby with a nine-meter high ceiling, in addition to water features that bestow a sense of wellbeing and comfort. It will ensure complete privacy, with elevators linked to a private hallway for each apartment. All apartments in Golden Tower enjoy the same level of roominess, luxury and ceiling height, with areas ranging between 350 and 850 square meters. Moreover, they feature wide panoramic views through 50 to 100 meter glass facades that directly overlook the sea and corniche.
The residential tower offers services and facilities such as swimming pools, separate health clubs for men and women, and more than 2,000 square meters of landscape. It also features abundant parking spaces, separate drivers’ rooms for each residential unit, and a water desalination and purification station, all while adhering to international standards in safety and security.
This is the sixth edition of the highly anticipated three-day event being titled sponsored exclusively by American Express.
The exhibition will showcase carefully selected luxury brands and services, from an impressive range of luxury categories, appealing to a highly discerning guest list.
